Raspberry Vanilla Protein Shake
Ingredients 
1 cup milk (almond, coconut, or regular) 1⁄2 cup
frozen raspberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
Handful of ice Instructions 
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until
smooth. 
Notes 
For extra nutrition, add a handful of spinach, some
flaxseeds, chia seeds, or spoonful of coconut oil.
